Getting Started with Breeze

Welcome! Our church now uses Breeze Church Management System (Breeze ChMS) to help us stay connected, track our giving, and keep our information up to date.

Here’s how to get started:

Step 1: Access Your Account

If you already have a Breeze account, or to set one up directly, start here: tbcbrandermill.breezechms.com

Step 2: Log In Anytime

Once your account is set up, you can access Breeze at the same link above or through the Breeze Mobile App:

Step 3: Update Your Profile

When you’re logged in:

  1. Click your profile photo in the top-right corner to add or update your photo.

  2. Review and update your address, phone number, and family details by hovering over the heading and clicking “Click to Edit Section.”

  3. You can also access your giving history from the left-hand side labeled “Giving” (on desktop).

If you have trouble logging in or updating information:

Privacy Note

Your information is secure and visible only to authorized staff and leaders. Only a select amount of your profile is visible to other TBC members and regular visitors. You can adjust what contact info others can see in your profile settings.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Go to tbcbrandermill.breezechms.com and click “Forgot Password?” on the login page. You’ll receive an email with a link to reset it.

  • Click here to email our business office, and we’ll resend your invitation link.

  • Once you’re logged in, click on your profile and then select “Click to Edit Section”. From there you can update addresses, phone numbers, and family members.

  • Yes! Go to your profile and click “Giving” to view your history, see your current pledge, or download your contribution statement anytime.

  • Yes — you can log in with the same credentials using the Breeze ChMS app:

  • Only authorized church staff and authorized ministry leaders have access to your contact details. You can also adjust your privacy settings within your profile.
