The role of the Staff-Parish Relations Committee is to insure The Brandermill Church is staffed per the current church staffing model and that the paid staff (1) has a clear understanding of the expectations of their respective positions, (2) receives feedback on how they are performing, and (3) is afforded fair and equitable treatment in their employment.
