WEEKLY ADULT STUDY OPPORTUNITIES

Sunday Mornings

9:00AM  - DVD-based study of John Ortberg’s “If You Want to Walk on Water, You’ve Got to Get Out of the Boat” (also offered Wednesday at 7:15PM). New study begins Feb. 19: “3 Simple Questions.”

10:30AM - DVD-based study of Adam Hamilton’s “Making Love Last a Lifetime.”  Come explore how putting God first in your relationship gives it a firm foundation.

7:00PM  - Disciple I, III, and IV study groups continue to meet.

6:00PM - Parenting Class for Parents of Teens or Pre-Teens

New Short Term Adult Studies beginning mid-February:

“3 Simple Questions”

This 6-week DVD-based study written by retired United Methodist Bishop Rueben P. Job, explores these three simple yet profound questions: Who is God?... Who am I?... Who are we together?

How we answer these three simple questions has a big impact on what we believe, how we live, and how we related to other people.

Sunday mornings at 9AM for 6 weeks beginning February 19

Wednesday evenings at 7:15PM for 6 weeks beginning February 22 

Led by: Chuck Clement and Wayne Jorde

 

“Fear Not – Learning From Your Cancer” ... a Class for Cancer Survivors!!!

Sunday at 9:00AM for 6 weeks beginning February 19

Judy Gattis Smith, a cancer survivor herself, will guide participants in discovering how to live - not merely cope - with cancer. Come join this seasoned author and Christian Educator, along with other cancer survivors, as we explore the big questions and together find grace, hope, and healing in the face of one of life’s most profound challenges. Advanced registration for this class is required and class size is limited to no more than 12.
